Shipping Policy

School Daze is committed ensuring your order arrives to you in the best possible condition by your estimated delivery date, however some things outside of our control like the weather and operational delays from our shipping partners (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) may delay shipments. THESE ARE ONLY ESTIMATE DATES AND NO SHIPMENTS ARE GUARANTEED.

 

 To ensure the integrity of perishable items we require our boxes to be delivered within a  2-3 day window UPON DEPARTING our facility.

 

  • All orders will be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays by 7:00 pm with the intention of delivery before the weekend.
  • The recipient should schedule availability to receive the box on the day of delivery as the products are temperature-sensitive and should not be exposed to warm climate for an extensive time. (We do not recommend sending as a surprise gift without knowing the recipient's availability to receive in a timely manner)
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that there is either somebody home or the courier is authorized to leave the parcel at the shipping address. 
  • If the courier cannot make the delivery because there is nobody home or an incorrect shipping address was entered, we will be unable to refund the cost of the perishable goods if they are spoiled as a result. 
  • No orders will be processed without phone number and email address.

 

​School Daze is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information.

 

We do not offer refunds, returns or cancelations on orders that have been processed or shipped.
