My package arrived damaged or spoiled, what should I do?

In Transit

Orders are shipped with dry ice/gel packs but can still thaw in transit. If product is cool to touch, it is safe to consume. 

Have questions or concerns about a product?

Please email the following pictures upon receipt: 

  • Three (3) good quality photos of the product in question.

 

There are times boxes can arrive damaged due to transit. If you feel your damaged box has caused your product to be compromised, please email us with your concerns at info@theschooldays.com Please include:

  • Two (2) photos of damaged box and two (2) photos of the product that was compromised.
