Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
- We ship frozen school cafeteria favorites to the 48 contiguous States.
- No shipping to: AK, HI, PR, GU, APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes.
- Why? We require a strict 2–3 day transit window to keep your pizza frozen.
What is your processing time?
- At our DFW Facility: 3–5 business days.
- In Transit: 2–3 business days via carbon-neutral carriers.
- Total Wait: ~5–8 business days from order to door.
Is this the "real" school food?
- 100% Authentic. We source the exact brands used in K-12 cafeterias.
- Every sausage breakfast pizza and Super Donut is "Nostalgia Certified" for that true 80s/90s taste.
❄️ Frozen Delivery & Safety
What if my package arrives thawed?
Our nostalgic lunchroom classics ship with dry ice and insulated liners. Items may arrive:
- Frozen: Ideal.
- Partially Thawed: Safe to refreeze or bake.
- Cool to the Touch: Safe to consume.
💡 Pro-Tip: If your Fiestada or Rectangle Pizza is cool, it’s safe! Bake it immediately or toss it in the freezer.
What if my order is damaged or unsafe?
Contact us at info@theschooldaze.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your Order Number.
- 2 photos of the shipping box.
- 2–3 photos of the product (e.g., combo bars or donuts).
