Do you ship outside of the U.S. ?

We offer Standard Shipping to 48 Contiguous United States except HI, Alaska, Guam, PR ​Due to the nature of our contents we will not be able to ship to internationally. APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

 

What is your processing time?

Please allow 3 to 7 BUSINESS days to process your order.

Transit Time: Standard Shipping 2-3 business days Processing Time & Transit (Shipping) ARE NOT THE SAME

 

My order is wrong or missing something, what do I do?

Please reach out to customer service via email to info@theschooldaze.com Please include the following information: Order # Name of the product(s) missing. We do our best to pack orders accurately, however we fall short sometimes, we're human. We'll work as quickly as possible to accommodate you for our mishap.

 

 

My package arrived damaged or spoiled, what should I do?

In Transit

Orders are shipped with dry ice/gel packs but can still thaw in transit. If product is cool to touch, it is safe to consume. 

Have questions or concerns about a product?

Please email the following pictures upon receipt: 

  • Three (3) good quality photos of the product in question.

 

There are times boxes can arrive damaged due to transit. If you feel your damaged box has caused your product to be compromised, please email us with your concerns at info@theschooldaze.com. Please include:

  • Two (2) photos of damaged box and two (2) photos of the product that was compromised.
