How long does shipping take?

- Orders ship Monday–Wednesday.
What if my package arrives thawed?
- Items may arrive frozen, partially thawed, or cool to the touch.
- This is normal and considered safe.
- If products arrive hot or unsafe, contact us immediately.
How is the food packaged?

Do I need to be home for delivery?
