📋 Processing Your Order
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
We are a small business shipping frozen food, so every order has to be packed carefully for transit. Processing time and transit time are separate.
🚚 When We Ship
Frozen orders normally ship Monday through Wednesday. We avoid sending frozen packages into carrier networks when they're likely to sit over a weekend.
Once shipped, most packages are expected to arrive within approximately 2–3 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Shipping dates are not the same as delivery dates. Your tracking email will provide the best estimate once the carrier has your package.
❄️ How Your Food Arrives
Your order is packed in insulated packaging with dry ice and/or frozen gel packs designed to keep your food cold during transit.
Don't panic if there is little or no dry ice remaining when your package arrives. Dry ice naturally evaporates during shipment.
Important: If the food arrives frozen, partially frozen, or still cold/cool to the touch, place it into your freezer promptly. If the food arrives warm, do not consume it.
☀️ Extreme Heat & Weather
Because we ship frozen food, weather matters. During extreme heat advisories, severe storms, carrier disruptions, or other conditions that could put your order at risk, we may temporarily delay shipment.
We'd rather hold your box safely in our freezer than send it into conditions that aren't right for frozen delivery.

- $29.99 flat-rate shipping on most qualifying orders under $149.99.
- FREE shipping on qualifying orders of $149.99 or more.
Any applicable shipping charge is shown during checkout before payment is completed.
📍 Where We Ship
We currently ship qualifying frozen-food orders throughout the contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship frozen orders to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
🔎 Tracking Your Lunch
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Carrier scans can occasionally take time to update after a shipping label is created, so don't worry if tracking doesn't move immediately.
📦 When Your Box Arrives
Frozen food should be unpacked and placed in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
If you believe there is a problem with your shipment, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with photos of the package and food when applicable.
🛎️ One More Thing
Shipping frozen food isn't the same as shipping a T-shirt. Weather, carrier conditions, holidays, and weekends can occasionally affect when a box should safely leave our freezer.
If we need to hold an order briefly to protect the food, that's exactly what we'll do.
