At The School Daze, every order is packed with care to make sure your food arrives cold, fresh, and ready to enjoy.

🕒 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders ship Monday–Wednesday
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays
  • During high volume or extreme weather, processing may take slightly longer

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery takes 2–3 business days depending on your location.

👉 Total delivery time = Processing (3–5 days) + Shipping (2–3 days)

❄️ Cold Shipping Guarantee

All items are shipped using insulated packaging, dry ice, and/or gel packs to keep your food cold during transit.

When your order arrives:

  • Items may be frozen, partially thawed, or cool to the touch
  • This is normal and safe for consumption
  • Do NOT consume if food arrives hot or above safe temperature

⚠️ Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays (UPS/FedEx)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses

However — we’ll always help where we can.

❌ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping fees
  • Perishable items may not be eligible for reshipment
